• We are moving most of our appointments to telephone, or patients can email the surgery on [email protected] or use the eConsult service. Only patients who urgently need to be seen in person will be invited in by a clinician.
• If you have a pre-booked appointment, please cancel it if you possibly can.
• If you think you may need to be seen or would like some help or advice, please ring and speak to one of the reception team. Reception cannot book you a face-to-face appointment, but they will add you to a triage list and a clinician will contact you.

• We are still contactable during normal opening hours via the phone lines. We are no longer be offering routine face to face appointments. Our reception team will book you onto a telephone triage list with your GP or nurse. If the clinician decides they need to see you face to face, they will make the relevant arrangements with you. Online booking of appointments is suspended during this time.
• Online ordering of medication is still available, and you may send a family member, neighbour or friend to collect your medication with your written permission. Please see our dispensary webpage for more ordering options.
• The dispensary is still open as normal, you do not need to arrange a time to collect your medication.
