  • Providing remote consultations and advice via Petsapp (available to download from the website or the App Store.
  • Medicines and food can be collected by appointment or delivered for a small fee. Free delivery for Castle Club members.
  • Please direct non-urgent enquiries through the app to keep the phone lines available for emergencies.
  • Offering kitten, puppy and rabbit vaccinations, neutering done on a case by case basis.
